We’ve been discussing “digging deep,” and now I want to dive into definitions to help with engagement. At Effició, we like the word rooted, because, to get to the core, to go through the digging process we take you through, it requires a deep, core, rooted experience, and it takes thinking and doing mindsets to face it, to get through it and to step into alignment.
And, I’m not just saying this to enlighten you – I’m sharing the experience of our students, our clients, or collaborators, our team, and me – you have to experience it to understand it.
